Weekly rates per Apartment - Vat included.

• Maximum capacity of the Apartments: 2 Room Apartment 40mq 4 Guests + 1 in extra bed; - 3 Room Apartment 50mq 6 Guests – 3 Room Apartment 60mq (2 bathrooms) 6 Guests + 1 in extra bed.

• Obligatory weekly service charge € 50,00 per person (no charge for children under 13 years of age ), includes one set of bed and bath linen with a change of linen every ¾ days, electricity, water. air conditioning, use of the swimming-pool, putting green, exercise course, car park and children’s play ground.

• Obligatory professional final cleaning, kitchen included. two room Apartment € 130,00 , three room Apartment € 160,00.

• For Reservations exceeding 1 week there is a full cleaning of apartment after every week free of charge.

• Deposit to be paid on arrival € 200,00 per apartment.

• Supplementary change of bed and bath linen € 15,00 per person (on request).

• Extra bed € 24,00 per day; free for children up to 12 years of age.

• Free cot/crib for babies under 3 years of age (any period).

• Pets are welcome, but not allowed in the common and swimming pool areas. Extra daily pet charge € 10,00.

• Arrivals are from Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday. Week days arrival on request. Minimum stay one Week. Check-in time 5:00 p.m. Check-out time 10:00 a.m. This facility is accessible for disabled persons. No smoking apartments available

Breakfast, dinner and take-away available at the Hotel Restaurant. Meal plan available. Menu for children available for dinner. For lunch time is open our snack-bar.
