Italian culinary tradition has been served by the Gallia family for over 100 years, guaranteeing excellent food and service at the Lantana Restaurant. Sardinian and Italian specialities as well as international fare create a delightful poolside dining experience. A typical menu includes a choice of hors d’oeuvre, first course, main course with fresh vegetables and salad coming from Pula gardens followed by dessert. Proprietor Gianni Gallia is proud to offer a carefully chosen wine list of Sardinian wines. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant are included in the room rate for guests of the Lantana Hotel. However, guests of the Residence can also enjoy the Lantana Restaurant specialties. There are special discount breakfast and/or dinner packages for guests of the Residence which can be tailored to the specific requirements of our guests. There is always
a “children’s” menu catering to the special demands of our youngest patrons! An à la carte menu is available for lunch on the dining terrace, including steaming pasta, chilled salads, meats, cheese, breads and desserts. The “Take-away” feature is very popular with our Residence guests.  For a 10% discount, order dinner in the morning and take it to your own dining terrace to enjoy in privacy that evening!
